6. Return, Replacement & Cancellation

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or incorrect and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Replacements are offered for eligible issues such as breakage, wrong item, or manufacturing defects.

  • Order cancellations are allowed only before the item is dispatched.

7. Refunds
